Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
