Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on makecube.io (the "Site"). MakeCube is a brand operated by Jennison Holdings LLC, a limited liability company organized in Florida, United States ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information you give us

The Site has a contact form. If you choose to complete and submit it, you may provide:

  • Your name
  • Your company name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your website address
  • Your industry
  • Any message you write

Only the name, email address, and message fields are required. Everything else is optional. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, financial account details, health information, or confidential material through the form.

How the contact form is delivered

Depending on how the Site is configured, submitting the form either opens a pre-filled message in your own email application for you to send, or transmits the information you entered to a form-delivery provider that forwards it to us by email. In both cases, we receive only the information contained in the fields you completed.

Information collected automatically

The Site does not use cookies, local storage, advertising pixels, session recording, or website analytics software.

Like nearly all websites, the servers that deliver the Site create routine technical logs. These may include IP address, browser type, requested page, referring page, and the date and time of the request. These logs are generated by our hosting provider for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Third parties involved in operating the Site

  • Hosting. The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes the technical request logs described above in order to serve the Site.
  • Web fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address and standard request information. No cookies are set by this request.
  • Form delivery. If a hosted form-delivery service is configured, the contents of a form you submit are transmitted through that service in order to reach us.

These providers act on our behalf to operate the Site. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we use information

  • To respond to an inquiry you send us
  • To have follow-up conversations about a potential working relationship
  • To maintain the security, availability, and integrity of the Site
  • To meet legal, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential business relationship, or as long as required for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may ask us to delete correspondence you have sent us.

Links to other sites

The Site links to poolbridge.io and may link to other websites. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply to them.

Security

The Site is served over an encrypted connection, and we take reasonable measures to protect information sent to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You are never required to submit the contact form to browse the Site. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. To make a request, use the contact form on the Site and describe what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Do Not Track

The Site does not track visitors across websites, so it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
